A roof is a system, not just a layer of shingles. When your roof reaches the end of its lifespan or suffers catastrophic storm damage, you need a roof replacement that is built to last. We are Rodeo, CA’s premier roofing installation experts. We strip the roof down to the deck, repair the wood substrate, and install a fully integrated system that includes leak barriers, starter strips, and high-performance ventilation.
We believe in giving you choices that fit your budget and aesthetic.
We take the stress out of the project. We use catch-all tarping systems to protect your siding and landscaping during the tear-off. We inspect every sheet of plywood decking and replace any soft or rotted wood. We then install the underlayment—the secondary moisture barrier—before laying the primary roofing material. Finally, we install new ridge caps and verify that all flashing is watertight.
A new roof is one of the best investments you can make. According to Remodeling Magazine, a roof replacement offers a high ROI at resale. Plus, modern "cool roof" shingles can reflect UV rays, lowering your cooling bills during Rodeo, CA summers.
Stop patching a dying roof. specific Invest in a complete system that adds value, beauty, and security to your home.
