A small drip on your ceiling is the tip of the iceberg. By the time water is visible inside, it has likely soaked your insulation, rotted your decking, and encouraged mold growth. We are Middle River, MD’s forensic roofing specialists. We specialize in roof leak repair, using our knowledge of water dynamics to trace the leak back to its source and seal it permanently.
Middle River, MD storms can be brutal. High winds can lift shingles, and hail can crack them. If you have storm damage, we offer emergency roof repair. We will tarp the damaged area immediately to stop water intrusion. Then, we perform a permanent repair that matches your existing roof as closely as possible.
We fix the "hard" leaks that handy-men miss.
Many amateurs try to fix roofs with a tube of caulk. This is a temporary band-aid that often traps water and makes the rot worse. We fix roofs the right way—by removing the damaged material, repairing the underlayment, and installing new shingles and flashing integrated properly with the roof system.
Don't ignore the stain on the ceiling. Let our expert technicians find the leak and fix it right the first time.

Middle River is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. The population was 33,203 at the 2020 census. A Middle River Train Station first appeared on the 1877 G.M. Hopkins & Co Baltimore County Map and by 1898 had a designated Post Office and modest street grid. The town expanded during the 1930s and 1940s and established the "Aero Acres" housing community which borders the railroad tracks and Martin Blvd. to serve as housing for people working at the Martin Aerospace Company. For this development, the architecture firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed gable-roofed Cape Cod houses with dimensions of 24 feet (7.3 m) by 28 feet (8.5 m), featuring large commercial-style windows in their principal rooms. In 1941 a total of 600 homes were built at Aero Acres using this design from Cemento (a cement/asbestos material).
